From May 15 to 17, 2023, the company organized a three-day team-building trip to Qingzhou, Shandong Province, to enrich employees' cultural life and strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging. More than 160 employees took part, wearing matching red team caps and enjoying a relaxed spring outing together.
Qingzhou is a nationally recognized historical and cultural city with a long and distinctive heritage. During the trip, employees visited Qingzhou Ancient City, Fan Gongting Park, and Yunmen Mountain, experiencing the city's historic atmosphere and local culture firsthand. The group also gathered for a photo in front of Fan Gongting Park, capturing a memorable moment from the trip.
Beyond sightseeing, the activity provided an opportunity for employees to step away from their busy work routines, relax, and connect with colleagues from different departments. Shared experiences helped strengthen communication and team relationships.
